Degussa has plenty of data and research findings on fine-particle and nanostructured products. In parallel with its development work in the field of nanotechnology, the company carries out intensive research into related safety issues and participates in publicly funded projects like the NanoCare project. Together with other companies, it also supports scientific research into the mode of action of fine and ultrafine powders.
